The product
Morendo is software for macOS 15 and later, published by Marc B. (sole proprietorship, SIRET 951 415 280 00019). It is distributed directly, outside the Mac App Store, signed and notarized by Apple.
Free trial
Morendo can be tried free of charge for 14 days from its first launch, with every feature. When the trial ends, the app stops processing audio but stays installed; your settings are kept and come back as soon as a key is activated.
License
The license costs 19 € including VAT, paid once, and grants the right to use Morendo on one Mac at a time, for personal or professional use. It includes every version 1 update. A later major version may be offered as a paid upgrade, never as a subscription.
The license key is sent by email after payment. It is personal: publishing or sharing it may lead to its revocation. It can be transferred: “Release this Mac” in the app frees the old Mac, and the key activates on the new one. If the old Mac is no longer available, an email to contact@eyland.app is enough.
Activation requires an Internet connection, once per machine. The app then renews its license in the background, at most once a day, whenever it has network access; offline, it keeps working for up to 45 days, then waits for a connection. A revoked license stops working at the next renewal.
Payment and invoicing
Payment is collected by Stripe, acting as the merchant of record, which issues the invoice, VAT included according to your country.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
Morendo can be tried free for 14 days, with every feature and no card: that is the evaluation period. It exists precisely so that the purchase is made with full knowledge of the product.
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by activating your key you request the immediate supply of digital content and expressly waive your right of withdrawal. An activated license is not refunded, except in the cases provided by law (a proven lack of conformity, not resolved after being reported to contact@eyland.app).
A key that was bought but never activated can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, on request. Any refund, whatever its reason, revokes the key.
Warranty and liability
Morendo is provided with the care of professional software, but without any guarantee that it works with every application or every audio device. The publisher cannot be held liable for data loss or indirect damage related to its use. The legal warranty of conformity applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; consumers may refer to a consumer mediator.
